Toasty Toes – Return & Refund Policy

At Toasty Toes, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Window

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of purchase.

If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a return or refund.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used or worn.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Send the item back using the provided instructions

Please do not send items back without approval, as this may delay your refund.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
